Nature is all you need. πŸ’™ Duik binnen in de wereld van jouw eigen natuur. πŸ’™ Levend schrijven, om ook jouw gezondheid te ondersteunen. πŸ’™ Heb jezelf lief. Ook jij bent dat waard. πŸ’™ (Angst regeert over jou. "Laat je niet gek maken.")

Letting go, do you do it yourself? Or do you let your body do it for you?

πŸ”Š..longer..
↓↓ translation ↓↓

Letting your mind go from your body can be necessary and has consequences. And there really aren't any drugs needed to do it. You can do it yourself. Just start.

Allow it. Work on yourself. That's okay. You are worth it.

🌸🌸🌸

Letting go = searching your enthusiasm elsewhere
... and finding it... just hang in there.

🌸🌸🌸

Letting go is your greatest freedom from being.

🌸🌸🌸

Letting go can even save you from severe depression or suicidal tendencies,
a.o. through experiences of "bliss, deep serenity, and peace with everything."

If you actually hold on for far too long... and consciously, or due to circumstances without consciously wanting to let go...

your own body ultimately chooses for you,
that you really have to let go, to protect your being, your essence here on Earth...

Your unconsciousness, your own body, doesn't want you to hold on, because that could harm your body further...

Your muscles can also become very weak.

The ultimate state of letting go that we can experience in life is a coma.

🌸🌸🌸

You can read here about everything you can hold on to. It can be about anything, not just what concerns us today.
Or about conflicts by Eddie Ter Veen.

The fact that your body at some point chooses to let go can be quite unpleasant...

Your autonomic* nervous system will take over for you to ultimately restore balance.
All your body energy then goes to the functioning of your brain within your body's self-healing capacity.
This also means that your short-term memory, also known as working memory, can temporarily fail.

*The subconscious mind, knowing the consequences of past unconscious/conscious experiences, will unconsciously make you react to avoid consequences that threaten you.

Fortunately, if you address the cause, you can alleviate these unfortunate symptoms:

it may feel like you're no longer able to function, abnormally low on energy, sometimes even the frightening effect of feeling like you're dying,

aka, a low metabolism... even automatic bodily functions that let you down... numbness, paralyzing, or numbing in the extreme (noticeable during a shock experience)

your body can, for example, unconsciously choose to suppress only your vision or hearing, so that what's happening around you can perhaps be forgotten for a moment.
So that someone is no longer able to connect with reality and absorb sensory input.

or only fog before the eyes/in your head, so that you prioritize your body over your mind, or vice versa, because it prioritizes healing your body over everything you want to do. So it gives you mandatory rest.

or flickering in your eyes, perhaps comparable to a migraine attack, possibly without the severe headache.

or even more so: hallucinations. Essentially, that's your mind needing more REM sleep and trying to catch up on that recovery during the day.

feeling drunk, without drinking,
or getting into a trance, like with music, dancing, even cuddling, or even more so with sex...
even feeling dizzy, spinning... the doctors then ask, is your body spinning or is the ground spinning beneath you? πŸ™ƒπŸ˜… I've never been able to determine...it doesn't matter, it's just very annoying.

not "forgetting" in letting go, forgetting is also crucial for moving on, without any obstructive factors posing a barrier.

forgiving or accepting, even becoming aware of why these symptoms appear, is crucial for both mind and body to ultimately be able to let go.
A.o. truly wanting and understanding is also essential for truly communicating this to your subconscious, which becomes very visible when letting go of addictions.

It's strange, but letting go of negative feelings can sometimes be just as difficult as letting go of chocolate or another addiction...

Especially realize that once you've made the click in your head to no longer allow it, "just" hold on to it.

Yes, you too are allowed to love yourself very much.
And you too are allowed to even literally let go of all that negativity.
Because you and your body heal much better with positivity.  πŸ’

And sometimes the facts that clash strongly with your own nature are also deeply buried, and the search path can be quite long.
Explanatory Germanic Medicine could be helpful in finding the cause of pain/illness.

From the moment you start letting go, your body can and will let you go, and you can feel better again.

People who have (necessarily) "learned" to let go also appreciate life here much more through that experience...

It's almost another clichΓ©... you have to experience it to know what it feels like, but especially what effect it has on your being.

🌸🌸🌸

Remember to give yourself a positive alternative to what you want to let go of.
As Jay already said: I'm addicted to exercise... and that's okay.
But beware: top-level sports can also be harmful to your health πŸ™
And ignoring your loved ones (too much) through your hobby, ultimately will not do you any good... of course, you can still have necessary me-time.
